Schnika Pender, Raleigh Vice Chair
Regional Vice Chairs assist the First Vice Chair with planning and organizing meetings, provide direct support and guidance to precinct officers in their region, and assist the Chair in candidate outreach and party building in their region.

Schnika Pender began her involvement in the Wake County Democratic party by organizing her precinct in 2014.
She is Glenwood District co-Coordinator, a member of the Wake delegation to the State Executive Committee, and a member of the Data Management Corps. She also represented NC as a delegate for Bernie Sanders at the 2016 DNC. She was precinct chair for many years and 3rd Vice Chair of the 4th Congressional District 2017-2019.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from NC A&T SU (Aggie Pride!) and MBA from NCSU.
